They Just Couldn't Provide A Service

They Said They Could But They Just Couldn't
We welcome our latest client who came to us after what appears to be an all too familiar scenario these days which is where cleaning companies take on contracts put a cleaner in then leave the cleaner to their own devices. The cleaner through a lack of training and accountability then fails to commit to the work and standards fail to measure up to clients’ expectations.
This is because the cleaner fails to work the full time allocated to the job or follow a specification of work because nobody is supervising them. Poorly trained staff who aren’t being made aware of their responsibilities lack motivation and have no interest in achieving the cleaning standards your contractor has promised you.
The ridiculous thing is this has previously happened twice to the client the first company couldn’t provide the service being paid for with the second company leaving site without warning because they also couldn’t provide the service being paid for.

Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse that undermines the victim’s sense of purpose and reality by manipulating their very perception of reality and sense of self, causing them to question their own actions and create doubt and confusion in their mind. Understanding gaslighting, we can help create awareness and support for those who have experienced this form of abuse.

At RCWS we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch cleaning and hygiene services. We believe in going above and beyond for our clients, not just to meet their expectations but to exceed them. Our vision is to create a clean and healthy environment for everyone, whether it's through our daily or commercial cleaning services or our washroom hygiene services offering.
