Cleaning Standards?
How would you describe your standard of daily cleaning right now? In your mind are you using words such as, OK? Alright? Reasonable? Bad? Variable? Or Poor? because if you are, you are in a position where you have reached an uneasy level of acceptance of the fact that the cleaning standards you have aren’t ever going to be anywhere near where you want them to be.
This is because you really don’t have the time to deal with these ongoing issues until a situation arises whereby you have to intervene and contact your daily cleaning contractor to resolve things for the umpteenth time.
The reason you have to intervene and take time out of your busy schedule is because the cleaning staff employed by your service provider aren’t operating to a specification of work and they are not being supported by your contractor because it takes even longer for your supplier to contact their staff than it does for them to contact you the fee-paying customer.
As a client you have appointed a contractor to deal with and overcome the challenges of maintaining cleanliness in your commercial workspace and to ensure workplace productivity and health, comprehensive daily cleaning services provide the perfect solution for you.
These services must go beyond routine cleaning tasks and offer a thorough and systematic approach to cleaning. Professional cleaners, equipped with the necessary expertise and tools, must follow a structured cleaning routine that covers all areas of the commercial space.
You require your contractor to maintain a high level of cleanliness for you through management and supervision of the contract which will help you to promote employee health and productivity and create a positive impression on your customers and visitors.
If these controls aren't forthcoming some or all of the cleaning staff leave early because nobody cares, and nobody checks. So if all of your cleaning staff are leaving early nothing is getting done at all however if only one or two of your staff are staying, they are being placed under pressure which isn’t good for them their stress levels or their health and Safety.
We gained a client recently where all of this was happening and all that happens now is that we employ the same staff who are happy and productive because they are well supported and appreciated, and the client does not get any interruptions.
