You the client will become responsible for the cleaning yourself because somebody has to make sure that the cleaners are arriving and leaving on time, they have cleaning and janitorial supplies, the cleaning is getting done and they are being supported by someone who will make sure their mental and physical health is not placed at risk.
Cleaning isn’t easy so don’t overload the cleaning specification be realistic in what is achievable, and you will maintain the required standard of cleaning with a safe happy and well balanced team of cleaning staff who more often than not have to also take responsibility for security of your business when they either open or close your premises or both.
