A changeover must be carried out correctly

During a recent conversation with what is a potentially new customer I began to discuss their current cleaning arrangements, staffing levels, hours of work and cleaning specifications. The customer is quite rightly dissatisfied with the service currently being provided by the cleaning staff and their currently disinterested service provider. When I discussed staffing levels with them and the transfer of undertakings they said. “As I understand it you take the staff on and if they don’t do the work, you change them. I explained that It doesn’t actually work like that but what does happen is that a plan is instigated in relation to the Transfer Of Undertakings including a legal requirement for a process of due diligence. The most important thing in this situation is that people are taken care of, looked after, trained, and supported, which is in this case is just not happening. All of this comes at a price which in this situation appears to be way too low.
